I have complained 4 times and still no joy from hosmed. The service is disgusting. People should not use them or consider this medical aid scheme. They keep on responding they are looking into thecquery and will provide feedback. Same response forb2 months

This is my 3rd complaint about sizwe. They clearly don't care. Advice to people don't consider sizwe hosmed. They don't bother to call you regarding your queries. The previous queries I made have not yet been resolved. The staff don't bother to answer your questions or email after a while.
Sizwe hosmed is the most medical aid company. They don't pay your bills or respond to your queries. If anyone is looking to take out a medical aid think twice if you was considering sizwe hosmed.
The spur at Silverstar is becoming terrible. The food is always a problem, by thus I mean it is overcooked or tasteless. Every time I come to this spur I am always having a problem. The management and chefs definitely need training.
After being a customer of vodacom for years I think it is time to change service providers. Vodacom please explain why do I have to fight to get you guys to activate my Fibre. I had my router delivered 2 weeks ago and had asked I be up and running from the 1st December. I keep on sending emails and calling the call centre and get no joy. If you don't need us to be vodacom customers then just say take your services to another service provider. Why is the call center people quick to phone for a sale but after it is done don't provide customer service
I took out a new Fibre contract. The lady who assisted with the contract had openserve come and connect the line. It has been 3 weeks and I have not received my router. Every day is a different excuse. When I try contacting the sales person she ignores my calls. I have sent whatsapp messages to her. She reads and ignore the messages
The service and the food is the worst at Cafe vigour at silverstar. They used to be called vigour and verve and now have changed the name to Cafe vigour. Even if you complain they take your details and no one calls you. The chefs definitely have no experience. As for management they need training on customer service
I have sent queries regarding my bills that was not paid. I have not received any feedback from hosmed. It is totally disgusting that the accounts department or consultants don't get back to us.
Three and a half months ago our stationary vehicle was bumped by a lady at the shopping mall. She then got us in touch with her insurance company for a claim to be processed. Hollard insurance the worst company ever. They are slow in processing claims. Finally they have sent a settlement letter which I completed more than a week ago. I keep on sending emails to find out if all in order and get no response. The manager is even useless. She does not ask follow up with her staff neither does she responds.
