Very Disappointed – Poor Service and Communication

This was my second time ordering from Villa Fragrances, and unfortunately, it will be my last. I’m extremely disappointed with their lack of professionalism and communication.

First of all, the only way to contact them is via WhatsApp – which is unacceptable for any serious business. I paid in full for my order, including transport costs, only to receive it missing two 60ml perfumes. When I tried to reach out about the missing items, my messages were completely ignored.

It’s unacceptable to take someone’s money and then refuse to respond or resolve the issue. This kind of behavior is dishonest and feels like a ****. I would strongly advise others to avoid doing business with them.
