Am so disappointed at those two! I have never experienced such poor service in my life. Those two are full of lies and now they are even ignoring my communication! Sis!! Villa Paradiso...
I was there 3 months ago, it happened that I forgot my shoes. I called to alert let them that I had forgotten my shoes there, they confirmed that they had found the shoes there for I should come pick up my shoes.
Paid a courier company to go pick up my shoes as am from Vaal. Courier company got there for a pick up but there are no shoes!! Some one is off there for they can't locate them courier should come back again when there guy is at work. "Couriers are non refunding" The day came, courierwent again still shoes can't be found!
A week later after this back n forth am told there will be a meeting and shoes will be paid/bought month end as they have to collect from the staff. Month came, they now have a new story about the meeting with the owner to approve the refund but he is too busy to have a meet. (It's been like that for a two months now)
Last week Monday I was told that the owner is available and IL get an update after meeting which is around 1600h. I called just before 1700h to check what was the update. Got a promise that latest next week Thursday you will get payment/your shoes... from yesterday I have been going back n forth with them and non of them are giving me a solution!!!
Martin now tells me that I should wait two more months!!! What's that?? So it takes them 5 moths to sort the shoes issue? What more with a more serious case????
