I made a payment to Lesotho 🇱🇸 first week of May I normally pay to fnb Lesotho accounts without Hassell but now they changed and its now a forex payment and charges 30 and takes longer to get to the receipent...two days later o get an email from Ambretha.Govender@fnb.co.za saying I need to provide details as funds can not be released I rep**** that yes the recipient is a Lesotho national but has a South African account and requested that they recall the funds.....two weeks later no feed back and I asked the same person why am I not getting my refund back and she replies that was never the agreement so now I want to know where is my money and why is it not refunded back to me...
I booked for a 2000 package and everything was paid ....on the day we got lost as on Google map it says they are in sunninhill so we called the owner thandeka and she was sooo rude to us saying how could we get lost when she gas send us rules ok we still went and on arrival we asked for her and we we were told she is nor around and she avoided us the whole time till we left. we were taken pictures that qe asked they must be send to us and must be posted on social media till today two weeks later no pics send to us... iam very disappointed as they do not live up to what is on their web page and as for thandeka that's not how you speak to customers
Manager, Martin and Jack Am so disappointed at those two! I have never experienced such poor service in my life. Those two are full of lies and now they are even ignoring my communication! Sis!! Villa Paradiso... I was there 3 months ago, it happened that I forgot my shoes. I called to alert let them that I had forgotten my shoes there, they confirmed that they had found the shoes there for I should come pick up my shoes. Paid a courier company to go pick up my shoes as am from Vaal. Courier company got there for a pick up but there are no shoes!! Some one is off there for they can't locate them courier should come back again when there guy is at work. "Couriers are non refunding" The day came, courierwent again still shoes can't be found! A week later after this back n forth am told there will be a meeting and shoes will be paid/bought month end as they have to collect from the staff. Month came, they now have a new story about the meeting with the owner to approve the refund but he is too busy to have a meet. (It's been like that for a two months now) Last week Monday I was told that the owner is available and IL get an update after meeting which is around 1600h. I called just before 1700h to check what was the update. Got a promise that latest next week Thursday you will get payment/your shoes... from yesterday I have been going back n forth with them and non of them are giving me a solution!!! Martin now tells me that I should wait two more months!!! What's that?? So it takes them 5 moths to sort the shoes issue? What more with a more serious case????
Pick and pay liquor store must have a parcel counter ,today I went there with my parcels and as I entre there is no parcel counter we leave plastics inside trolleys or on the floor so I put mine in a trolley and went inside to buy , when iam done I came back the trolley is gone with my staff I asked the guy at the door all he said was it was someone's trolley and that person left and he went on with his life I was standing there not knowing what to do.i lost my parcel that was not looked after iam very disappointed
This is not about the hospital it's about a certain lizzel who works at Dr mandla nhlaphos office ,I have being calling and going there for two months now trying to get an appointment to see the doctor for my son following up check up ,but I swear public hospital service is better than of lizzel ,apparently she is the one making this appointments and she keeps changing rules not accommodating people ,I was told to call in Jan to get an appointment which I did and I was told doc is fully booked I must call again to see if I can get space on the 31st Jan which I did and was told to come but still I didn't see the doctor on that day and was told to call the following week to get an appointment when I did I was told no they do not make appointment telephonically anymore it's a first come first serve and this is how it's works you must be at the doctor's office from 7am and when they open at 8 you get a number then wait till 10 when doctor comes to start with number one and this is done on Mondays and Wednesdays only ok so becouse I have to drop off my daughter at school on the morning then come back and log on at work I asked my husband to go there early to get a number then come back fetch me and the baby so we go wait for the doctor,he got there early and was told he can not get a number if he is not there with the baby so again he was turned back ,so I wonder if lizzel realizes that we pay for this service the reason we choose mediclinic it's becouse we wanted convenience and service that will work so us we don't have a luxury to be sitting there from 7am till we get you see the doctor.Why this rules that clearly works for her only ,is this the part where we look for another doctor who will assist ,this is a follow up there are things that the doctor needed to confirm whether we should stop or continue with now I don't know what to do realy this is bad service at its best worse part iam paying for this for such please can this be dealt with with immediate effect .
I have being harassed via email by stock market collage I was approached by a consultant to join the college and make extra money I gave him all the docs that were required they called me sane day to confirm my details right after that I I was called by another person who said they are doing the terms and conditions after that call I told the consultant that I cant Gibson with this registration because it seems iam gonna need time and with my full time job I wont be able to i was then called by the lady by the name of shannon hatha who then said that their clients are doctors and nurses and yet they make time so I told her that iam warried that if I dont make time I wont make money and will loose as they will be debiting me 1600 for 3 years I then said ok let me think about it and finish the registration in September sge said the registration is almost done I just need to do voice overs with her colleagues from cape town which I didnt or wasn't able to take their call every day I used to receive 6 to 7 calls from them asking that I answer the cape town guys which I didnt so registration was not finalized and then I blocked the numbers at they were too much then come end of august I was debited 249 and I went to the bank to reverse it as to my knowledge I didn't take this course then I send an email that i will not be finishing and registering with them and i was replied that iam already registered and will be debited whether i do the cause or not then this week i received a legal notice that i owe stock market collage R8989 and I dont even know what is that for. I feel harrassed as i get emails and smses from them that i must pay up .
Today I ordered food from chicken licken in campus squre via uber eats and paid on line R79 and after few minutes I received a call from +27872406914 the uber driver I count take the first callni was on a call with the client ag with sec call after 2 minutes I picked up and he said he is outside and I said iam coming .I walked outside and there was no one outside we were chatting on the uber chat he asked if iam at Absa, I said yes, he said he is outside I told him.iam also outside waiting ,he said what must he do because I took long to come out, I said iam outside where are you he said my minutes are over and he is canceling my order and I got and sms that ur uber order is canceled,I walked back to the office and called uber eats head office and told them my story they checked and confirmed that my order was canceled and the gentlemen said I must re order I told him that food was paid for he said he can see that on his system and that's how it works if they dont get hold of you they can throw away the food to take it back to the shop and I called chicken licken and they told me to call uber eats I was so disappointed at the answers the head office gave me and at the end I had to reorder and pay another 79 and eat late lunch thanks to uber eats the driver that cancelled mg order is Thomas
I work in town jhb and live in the vaal I came rushing because the Ackman's closes at 5 I was st the door at4.35 and a lady by name of Thelma said they are closed I told her it's not 5pm as yet and she called a guy by name of themba who was very rude and told me I must come tommorow even after I explained that I have being to 5 Ackman's shops and was td to come to the one in evaton because wgats where I did the lay bye he didnt want to hear my story and shud the door on my face, I was turned away as if iam not a paying customer my lay bye is paid in full I just wanted to change few things to bigger sizes but was told iam going to take time and they are closed already, today iam not happy with the service
