UPSET AT Villa Paradiso Villa Hartbee****rt.

I made a booking to this place on the 30th September 2024. Booking was cancelled on the 6th November. One month in advance. When i cancelled the booking on booking.com it was also advised on the page that cancellation fee is FREE. However an agent at the accommodation place sent a message saying they needed my banking details and personal details to refund and i must also take note cancellation policies will apply. which contradicts what was mentioned on the site. i am extremely upset, disappointed angry and frustrated at the responses and lack of communication and the turnaround time even if they do respond their customer services lacks in so many ways. knowing that they react this way via booking.com and on message imagine how customer service will be if we stayed there . I don't recommend anyone to go to that place and deal with people that cant do the right thing and return what is due to a client. Please help me.
