Lack of transparency regarding their T's & C's - Marketing/competition
I purchased a bottle of your Fat ******* The Golden Reserved wines from OK Liquors in Fontainebleau, Randburg, Gauteng, last month. I entered the competition last month and filled in all my details on the back of my till slip as advised by the cashier. I was never informed of the T's & C's or how the winner would be announced. On the 31st of July 2024 at 13:38, I missed a call, which happened to be on my birthday. The number I received a missed call form was 0733733518. I returned the call at 14:34 from my mobile number 071325**** to identify the caller, but the number had no caller ID associated with it, and therefore no way to tell if the call was from OK Liquors. The person on the other end informed me that I was the lucky winner of the competition, but since I missed the initial call, they drew another till slip, and that person was announced the winner. Surely, the rules of the competition need to be clear and transparent. If I had known when the winner would be announced and the time of the announcement, I would have been more attentive to my mobile, and maybe I could have won the prize. I truly enjoy your wines, especially the Fat ******* ‘’The Golden Reserve’’. I am disappointed that I missed out on the prize. I have raised my concern with OK GROUP, and they mentioned that they would escalate the issue to Vinimark who was running the competition. I have received no feedback or call from your organization to date. NB: I tried to reach out via your Fat ******* Web page ‘’get in touch with us’’ – but the submission process does not work. The above email was sent to info@vinimark.co.za - no response

Pure exploitation
They exploit young emerging black entrepreneurs by preferring cheap rate's of transportation from ******* immigrants over South African transporters on top of that officials are selling loads to the highest owner who is willing give them money every months, you will never work or reach your target, when you refuse they will sabotage you until they terminate your contract then after that withhold your payment for 3 months without your consent. Just because we historically disadvantage individuals they are taking advantage of us. you can't use your last money to buy your family food to transport their wines and when they suppose to pay you they impose unfounded allegations to you to avoid paying you. their rates doesn't sustain the panel van the whole month let alone servicing the panel van's.

Absolutely Pathetic service
Absolutely useless and pedantic for sure. They want your business and you pay your account as you must and then they want to complain about liquor licenses that is in the process of transfer and all the documents supplied to them. This company is useless and I would not recommend anyone to make use of them or do if you want to spend valuable time on fighting with a company that is not really bothering to look after their existing clients. I received a call this morning where sorry but that's our rules have a nice life. There is loads of competition in this market so your loss Vinimark.
