Absolutely pathetic... Worst experience on slots ever. R0.30 win on 8 free spins after I have spent R1300 with you... They just take and take.. If you want to throw aways money rather give it to someone on the street, same deal atleast May Aman on the street will be grateful. Crizal Rock Coating on my lenses of my glasses did not nearly last long enough... On month 6 I started noticing scratches and on month 11 it became a challenge to see through my lenses. I took them to my optometrist who sent them back to Essilor who made them and on 14 Sept 2023 a customer service consultant responded with Quoted "Crizal Rock does have a three-year warranty but only for crazing and peeling unfortunately scratches are not part of warranty. " ... The false advertising and excuses and defamation of my character and Quoted again from their letter dated 22 Sept 2023 "Please be advised that we have determined the scratches on the lenses are as a result of the lenses being placed face down on varied surfaces or possibly wiping and cleaning with abrasive materials. " HOW DARE YOU INSULT MY INTELLIGENCE AND INTEGRITY!!!! AND ASSUME and DEFECATE my being!? Not maybe is but they are as a result. The Ombudsman is going to have a field day with you and I am likely to take legal steps to based on your biased assumptions. BUT when I did not agree with their findings on 14 Sept 2023 I got a response back on 15 Sept 2023 "I have spoken to ...... and she has suggested that we are willing to redo this order and provide a 50% discount for you" I mean if you willing to do that you basically take the blame but then the audacity to blatantly assume I manhandled glasses that I wear all day and only comes off my face when showering or sleeping and cost me almost R10000 to injure my integrity as a person who paid CASH for his glasses and obviously would do everything to look after them as they were expensive and I have put every extra and "top" of the range extras on to try ensure not to write a complaint like this... On 7 November after a non resolution of my network query a guy from network department called me and said they can do nothing about my network query the cellular and data signal cannot be resolved they are sorry but nothing more they can do for me to fix the problem. I know my CPA right and said well then if you can not give me the service I pay for I can cancel my contracts.. Yes sir with no cost to you I will log a call to have a Cancellations agent call you to chat to you about your options... Guess what they have never contacted me instead acted without my consent and I have SMS on my main number that says your contract has been successfully cancelled and my other contract I have a 43 moths quote? I have phoned so many times and asked for a senior person but all the jokers wants to help and tell me their team leaders will call me but never does. Or maybe they try and cannot get hold of me but they have my email addresses as well but no communication for a "leading" communications company this is a joke Vodacom. You use to be the best but you are the worst NON service provider in SA just look at your net promoter scores its the worst of the worst. GEt this sorted out today by a seriously senior person or tomorrow we go deal with Ombudsman then all the lies of so called good will and voice calls promising me the word will all be claimed and cancelation done and I will claim loss of income due to your network not allowing me to perform my business.. Everyone I speak to complains about the DRopped calls from Vodacom and everyone is getting fed up.. You are loosing clients by the day. AND your 082135 people that I spoke to need training and need to be told not to lie to customers as they make empty promises and do not deliver. Go listen to the voice calls recordings please and tell me this is the service you aim to deliver!?
Almost no signal and Empty promises is all they have. Technicians was here and tested until they failed to come back to me anymore... Nothing has been resolved and apparently good will something was awarded which is absolutely lies... Ref: 1-35789427583565 has been closed with no solution to my queries.. I am likely to take this up with Ombudsman and have these contracts cancelled due to no adherence of CPA from Vodacom..
Nedbank is the WORST bank ever.. No matter if you are a business Client or not service sucks.. The Joke here is I Started a Business in 2019 a Restaurant and I took 2 Merchant machines From my business banker Jenine Broodryk . One was on contract and the other one was a refurbished unit which I paid R2000 for. Business killed by covid what a mission this was to cancel this merchant agreement I had to log a complaint here to get it done. Now I just want my machine to be bought back by Nedbank Pretoria North where I got it from and Jenine and Merchant helpdesk says sorry we can not assist you as it is not part of the purchase agreements? So I now own a almost newly refurbished NEDBANK merchant machine which is of no use to me.. I can go sell a Nedbank Branded machine on anywhere I want? NEDBANK REALLY? I am closing my accounts with you ..
I started a restaurant in Knysna 1 Dec 2019 and Nedbank was very quick for the Merchant machines to be delivered and installed and I was quite impressed with the level of promptness and service. I have also bought a refurbished unit cash for R1999. I have requested that my service be cancelled beginning of last month. This is where the terrible service started. On 4 Arpril 2021 I requested the device to be collected. No you have to go drop it of at a branch when it was delivered to the premises in the beginning. I then complained and pickup was arranged. They charge a arm and a leg but don't want to deliver the service without a fight . I was on my way back to Pretoria and on the 16th whilst on the road they called me from George we are on our way to Knysna to collect !? Well i just laughed and said good luck it took you 2 weeks to arrange wow Then collection was organized for Pretoria. Finally 21/04/2021 it was collected after 4pm. Wow the service is just stellar is it not? Then I still got charged for this month as well R604.78 how rude. Merchant desk says sorry nothing we can do. Trust me there is as ombudsman level and social media is next. The other issue also relating to Nedbank Merchant desk is I bought a refurbished fixed device for R1999 from Nedbank All logos on etc. and now I am stuck with it. They claim I can sell it to anyone on where ever and they cannot refund me or buy it back its a Nedbank Credit card Machine for crying out loud. And its Branded but sell to anyone? This must be a joke? I wamt my full refund for both processed in 5 working days with formal apology. Nedbank you suck.
I have a credit card with Nedbank. With Corona pandemic as a restaurant owner I have been without a income from the duration of the time. Even now not s****ping the bottom. I have applied for my insurance company that covers me for loss of income and I will not be covered because I am self employed. This is not why I took insurance directly from nedbank.. Surely thats why I paid the heavy premiums for 4 years not right?
Absolutely useless and pedantic for sure. They want your business and you pay your account as you must and then they want to complain about liquor licenses that is in the process of transfer and all the documents supplied to them. This company is useless and I would not recommend anyone to make use of them or do if you want to spend valuable time on fighting with a company that is not really bothering to look after their existing clients. I received a call this morning where sorry but that's our rules have a nice life. There is loads of competition in this market so your loss Vinimark.
Worst service ever.. Paid people for a service that they only delivered one of the things I paid them for. The rest was not done. I need my UIF number and sent 2 mails to Buchule and his wife and no response and spoke to 2 different consultants and they all say we have to wait for Buchule to resolve. I need to find out how I can get my money back for service not rendered.. We are now in lockdown and I need to apply for assistance and they *****ed me over.
