O have received kids tablet on the 10th February 2026 and on the 12th February 2026 the tablet stopped working no charging and effort to get hold of the suppler was unsuccessful until 16th February 2026 whereby they responded and said I must attach pictures and videos of which I did even though their website it will keep on kicking you out. To my surprise today received an email from them saying they couldn't able to help because my pictures are not convincing . tos how that it's **** they don't provide any after sale contact person or email address
Drivers open our parcels and when they are calling they are not professional they just talk to you as your their friend or something and even the tone when they talking to you it's not acceptable
Now Managers at makro centurion they are accusing that, I have bought tv box from game when its broken come to makro and buy another and change exchange that particular product at their shop, I can't believe how can be insulted like that or just because I am black person and they have a nerve of telling me that I must go to ombudsman. whereas they are failing to answer my questions, I have a receipt they shows the Barcode of the item I bought from them but they don't wanna entertain that . I advice by Letlhogonolo Se***a their sales person
On the 18/09/2025, I bought a TV box(Nova) unfortunately I experienced problems and I returned it on the 01/11/2025, and was told to wait until 14 days and suddenly today I received a call from Makro centurion and was told that that product was never bought from them and is not their product and they don't even consider the receipt that I provided with as proof of purchase, so , when I arrive ws referred to a gentleman who speak venda they say he is a manager and he was so unprofessional and undermining everyone and even walk away while I was trying to explain and told me he won't refund me
I have never been so disappointed with the sales agent from guardrisk insurance, even though I have told them that I don't need their shortfall cover I am sorted they still insisted on debits my account without my consent. Now they want me to write cancellation for what coz I've never agreed to that policy?..
Tracker wants to make two deductions in one month?..I have sold my old Car to garage in October 2024 and I was on a month to month or out of contract and now they want to deduct again for my new car, when I'm asking they said that money is forfeited coz is for notice period. How can I service a notice while I'm out of contract?. they are refusing to transfer those funds to my new car and they insist on debiting again more especially for a device that is not in my disposal. Tracker it's a **** what they know is to deduct our bank account and their recovery rate is way too low in comparison with other tracking companies
I have been using tracker for many years , fortunately i never have incidents whatsoever but what's puzzles me is that lately i have sold two cars that were installed with their units, and all my vehicles were captured wrongly in their system and now I bought a new car and sold both 2 cars that were installed with their units. What freaked me out is that the garage and my cars are installed with the same package units all they need to do is to change ownership from their system from dealership to myself but tracker what's need to do that is for me to pay R1300 . My old package and garage are the same and is not like I'm cancelling the contract both cars were sold.
I think Motorite they exploit people more especially black people, because I spoke to wesbank about this issue coz I have bought that service plan from them and they transferred me to Motorite and they claim to not now fine print that Motorite gives to their customers, and I further explained to them that service plan and extended warranty are two separate insurance and in my instance even Motorite they confirmed that they got service plan from wesbank but it doesn't cover fuel Filter that they refused to pay for it and I ended up paying out of my pocket
I have bought panel van last year August 2023 and took an extended motorite plan and according to my understanding as long the car still under motor plan whatever happens mechanically it is covered, however not in my case , the panel van has a problem with fuel filter and handbrake I book it to Ford as usual, unfortunately I've received an email from Ford with a huge qoutation stating that motorite doesn't cover those things . And in January I took the car to the same garage for service I can't be complaining about fuel filter if the car was there in January for service something doesn't add up between ford and motorite
They exploit young emerging black entrepreneurs by preferring cheap rate's of transportation from ******* immigrants over South African transporters on top of that officials are selling loads to the highest owner who is willing give them money every months, you will never work or reach your target, when you refuse they will sabotage you until they terminate your contract then after that withhold your payment for 3 months without your consent. Just because we historically disadvantage individuals they are taking advantage of us. you can't use your last money to buy your family food to transport their wines and when they suppose to pay you they impose unfounded allegations to you to avoid paying you. their rates doesn't sustain the panel van the whole month let alone servicing the panel van's.
