Absolutely Pathetic service
Absolutely useless and pedantic for sure. They want your business and you pay your account as you must and then they want to complain about liquor licenses that is in the process of transfer and all the documents supplied to them. This company is useless and I would not recommend anyone to make use of them or do if you want to spend valuable time on fighting with a company that is not really bothering to look after their existing clients. I received a call this morning where sorry but that's our rules have a nice life. There is loads of competition in this market so your loss Vinimark.

02 Jul 2020, 10:37Dear Peter, We recognise your frustrations in the delay of being able to purchase product from Vinimark. Unfortunately liquor licence legislation precludes Vinimark from supplying liquor to your business till such time as the liquor licence authority's have confirmed the licence to supply is active.

10 Feb 2021, 15:15My licence has been active for years. And the updated proof of payments was sent to you. You just not worried about the smaller guys. And make empty promises. So glad I have decided to rather boot you as my new suppliers does deliver as promised. Good luck.
