Pure exploitation
They exploit young emerging black entrepreneurs by preferring cheap rate's of transportation from ******* immigrants over South African transporters on top of that officials are selling loads to the highest owner who is willing give them money every months, you will never work or reach your target, when you refuse they will sabotage you until they terminate your contract then after that withhold your payment for 3 months without your consent. Just because we historically disadvantage individuals they are taking advantage of us. you can't use your last money to buy your family food to transport their wines and when they suppose to pay you they impose unfounded allegations to you to avoid paying you. their rates doesn't sustain the panel van the whole month let alone servicing the panel van's.

We take any allegations of misconduct very seriously and these are investigated immediately and dealt with according to company policy and the law. We are a leading distribution company that offers efficient delivery of goods nationwide and our company prides itself on world-class logistics and operations. In light of this, we strive to ensure that our drivers are treated fairly. Our loads work on a first come, first served basis and we rotate them as much as possible to try and ensure an even spread of profitability and to avoid any accusations of corruption or wrongdoing. We have put numerous measures in place including diversifying management and cross-regional checks on payment runs, to name just a few. Potential new transporters are all placed on a waiting list and given a fair opportunity when we recruit outside of our existing transporters. We have transparent conversations regarding the transporter agreements in place as well as the rates. Our contracted transporter model is based on owner drivers being actively part of the business. Potential transporters are walked through this contract with the logistics controller. We have quarterly meetings with our transporters and if they have anything they would like to address we do so with them. We also have an Open Door policy if they have any queries that arise. We have also recently embarked on allocating a small entertainment budget to thank and host our drivers once a year, with our first event having taken place on 27/04/2024 in Johannesburg. In response to the review posted here, this transporter’s contract was terminated due to an infringement on their part. As per our contract, any monies still owed are paid in full.
