1. The site states that it’s for free, yet you are charged. I was charged twice. 2. No reports are issued 3. When I requested a refund. Their response was “since the vin no was entered manually & the payment was processed successfully, we are unable to modify or refund the order.” 4. When I looked up the reviews on HelloPeter, I then realised that I had been ****med. 5. Please do not use Vinmaster for vin reports. It’s not for free. You will be charged & no reports issued. 6. If you did make use of their service. Immediately block or cancel your credit/debit card.

Vimaster is a ****!
Vinmaster is offering services - vehicle report. It cost R16.99 a report. After few days you will get surprised unauthorized debit of R840.00 (for my case) from the bank account used to pay the initial R16.99. It keeps on coming until they debit. Be careful, this is a ****.

Vinmaster is offering services - vehicle report. It cost R16.99 a report. After few days you will get surprised unauthorized debit of R840.00 (for my case) from the bank account used to pay the initial R16.99. It keeps on coming until they debit. Be careful, this is a ****.

Never use them ever, they take you through a billing portal for R17.99... then they take you to a next step for R200... and you have no way of exiting the payment portal so they make you automatically enter the subscription. None of their products work, they only say those pages are coming soon. If you payed cancel immediately.

**** STAY AWAY. They promise you a report for R17 and THEY NEVER DELIVER then later on debit your account without your authentication. Vinmaster is full of ****, they are ****mers & *****, i repeat stay far away from them

A ****ming company! I paid R17 for a report! Next thing they took R709 from my account! No confirmation of the so called subscription, no billing email, nothing! I reached out to them and they said I subscribed and it’s in their Ts&Cs 😳😳😳 so no refunds

A ****ming company! I paid R17 for a report! Next thing they took R709 from my account! No confirmation of the so called subscription, no billing email, nothing! I reached out to them and they said I subscribed and it’s in their Ts&Cs 😳😳😳 so no refunds
