Bad service
Booking from Vereeniging to Durban canceled and refuses to refund me they want me to go to Joburg which is unsafe for me and my wife late around 6 and where would i get transport from Joburg to Vereeniging late. Unhappy with how they're not willing to assist me

Pathetic Service on claim
Poor claim service, want to write off my vehicle based on the over priced qoute from Auto body repairs and sent through the same qoute to Kia and it came back with R 20 000 less and now they refusing to rele2my vehicle so i can repair it myself. Pathetic service and i need yo to keep on calling them for feedback.

Double deduction
Telkom debited on my account on a wrong date and upon follow upon 27th I was told to do eft by Bryce which I did on 29th, on 31st did follow up after a debit order went off for same amount a transfered and Nonkululeko Mzimela said the eft is not showing as yet only a debit order is showing and after eft reflect they will log a refund and today the 1st I spoke to Nthabiseng Mill she says the eft is showing and not the debit order that went off. Now am being told three different stories by people working for same company which is rather pathetic

Disgusting Service
<p>My mom went to pep to pay her dstv today however Merriam Mbele turned her away coz she had coin money n told to go pay at Absa as she wont take that money n if this is how pep treates customers them am disappointed on how my mom was humilated n disrespected as a customer</p>
