<p>I bought a watch off VIP Club on 25 Nov 2016 and a week later from delivery the watch stopped working.</p> <p>I sent an email to their only contact ********** on Monday, 12 Dec at 9am and it was not responded to. I logged on online chat and received ticket and it was not responded to. I sent messages via their website of my frustrations and still no response. This morning I logged another website message which hasn't been attended to. The after sales support from VIP Club has been extremely poor and I'm now isolated with a faulty purchase.</p>
