Ordered 3 pairs of sneakers in February still waiting for delivery. No response to messages or emails. 2 months waiting.
The order process was seamless, easy to submit your photos. They guide you step by step through the process, so my 12yr followed the entire process for our family. We had a big order, almost 40 prints. Once submitted, frequent progress updates until delivery. I will not use anyone else, due to great service, ease of use and most importantly value for money.
<p>I bought a watch off VIP Club on 25 Nov 2016 and a week later from delivery the watch stopped working.</p> <p>I sent an email to their only contact ********** on Monday, 12 Dec at 9am and it was not responded to. I logged on online chat and received ticket and it was not responded to. I sent messages via their website of my frustrations and still no response. This morning I logged another website message which hasn't been attended to. The after sales support from VIP Club has been extremely poor and I'm now isolated with a faulty purchase.</p>
<p>I submitted a completed form on 2 June 2016 for an authorised debit on account for an amount of R3458.93.</p> <p>It's exactly 2 months later and it's still not resolved.</p> <p>My Banker (Sanjeev) has been escalating and esclataing to the team that deals with these but getting no joy.</p> <p>I've put him under lots of pressure to get this resolved, I've even requested to give me the manager responsible for this department but he can't (internal red tape). I'm frustrated with FNB and it's now compromised my good standing on my account because of fraudulant transactions that they can't reverse.</p> <p>Guys, this is critical. My account was overdrawn again this month because of a deficit since May 2016 to date.</p>
