<p>I bought 2 watches online early January with VIP Club, I returned one .</p> <p> </p> <p>Till today the 9th of March , I am still waiting for my refund. It's been weeks now since I have been told I will receive my refund. The fustrating part is the stinking atittude of the Customer service guy called CLIVE, who you constantly need to email to get feedback from. When you put in a complain, he responds like he's doing you a favor by even talking to you.</p> <p> </p> <p>This company doesn't even have a landline to call, I guess it's part of their strategy. I would not advise anyone to purchase anything from there, delivery when buying takes 3days.....However refunding clients takes 3months.</p> <p> </p> <p>I just want my R800 back, you can continue to run your useless business!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
