What a horrific experience with this service provider. I posted my parcel via Aramex in Checkers Waterfall on Saturday, I have still not received any update on my parcel. The system cannot recognize my tracking number, it seems there's theft and *******ion involved when we purchase and post our parcels in store. I have since tried getting assistance from the head office but no one picks up the phone or the line cuts right after I give them my tracking number.I have never experienced such unprofessionalism and lack of accountability. I want my parcel and refund back Aramex, I will not be using this service any longer.
Trying to get assistance from this bank is an excruciating experience, it gets worse everyday. I wish I could move all my accounts with this bank!!!:-(
FNB has become such a fraud bank itself, I will be moving banks. During this month alone,I have been debited almost R12k in my account which was not accounted for. Logging a query with the bank even via a private banker is even more torture. Having access to my money doesn't give you the right to abuse your clients. I will definitely be moving banks, I'm tired of this abuse.
I ordered food in Uber EATS, tracked the driver on the app. 2min later I see my order saying it has been delivered and I am still waiting for the call from my gate. As I try to see if I can find the driver to ask him where he delivered my food as I am still waiting. The guy is screaming and talking on top of me, telling me how he has been looking for me for 30min.I tried asking him where he was looking as he's clearly lost. He was so rude!!! He hung up on me and I tried lodging a complaint on the app, the app is so slow to assist. I am hungry and waiting for my food, no one is there to assist you at that point. Please refund me my R300 so I can delete your app in peace and leave you with your disrespectful and rude drivers.
It's the lies and wasting people's time for me, completely regret having used the bank as an option again!
Fraudsters who have been debiting my account for a tracker that has been inactive for 6 years now. As for the service... Absurd!!!

It's been weeks now since I have been told I will receive my refund. The fustrating part is the stinking atittude of the Customer service guy called CLIVE, who you constantly need to email to get feedback from. When you put in a complain, he responds like he's doing you a favor by even talking to you.</p> <p> </p> <p>This company doesn't even have a landline to call, I guess it's part of their strategy. I would not advise anyone to purchase anything from there, delivery when buying takes 3days.....However refunding clients takes 3months.</p> <p> </p> <p>I just want my R800 back, you can continue to run your useless business!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
I accidentally paid money into my FNB Bond account as it is listed with my other normal accounts. The same night my bond went off. I called the Home Loans department to try reverse the transaction as I couldn't do it online, I get told that the transaction cannot be reversed. This is Absurd!!<br> How come FNB can be able to reverse transactions done to other accounts outside, but they conveniently cannot reverse an FNB transaction. Right now my account is on minus, how am I supposed to survive for the rest of the month????<br> And what happened to the Repayment letter terms that was sent to me initially, does that amount conveniently change now ??<br> <br> I am so disappointed at FNB :-(:-(<br>
