Very bad payout and winning ratio
This place is really pathetic and i would not ever suggest anyone to go there... They hardly pay out and when there is payouts or the bonuses has been won then it is only won by ppl they favor... Im telling you know that the owner and his IT guy are setting and adjusting the payout ratio... Yes i understand that people "CANT" always just win and never loose,but i mean come on for the past 3 to 4 weeks i have loaded on my account and have also tried playing there at the establishment and its exactly the same storie..

This is probably the most pathetic internet lounge i have ever been to or played at ...these machines DO NOT PAY ALL NO MATTER HOW MANY HUNDRED RANDS YOU PUT IN,YOU JUST NEVER WIN..Thats not even to talk about the online where you play on your phone.. !!!! If you want to loose your money and want to experience pathetic service with the internet that keeps on lagging.then i would say yes go to this ******* place

Always no connection or poor connection
So there a few VIP internet lounges around Gauteng that I know of. I know of about 2 in pretoria. I recently moved to Johannesburg and found that there is one in wirlo park and flora centre. The one in wirlo park honestly is a nightmare. The connection to the wifi is always a mission. Then sometimes 'there is no connection ' completely for hours. You will be playing and then next thing the PC is blank. Please do better. We come to your establishments not only for fun but to make money and you guys make it impossible to even enjoy being there. I personally am never coming back nor am I recommending anyone to come to your establishment. Thank you
