I just encountered the best service provider at Macdonalds Oasis buyers Naude! Such a hands on lady. As we walked in and we were busy on the self service station she came up and asked us about the rewards qr scanner thing that I didn’t even know about. So she lit our candle when it comes to that because my 12 year old always wants MacD. She wasn’t just hands on to us but with every customer. I literally had to walk back inside and ask her what her name is and she said they call her Makhadzi and I said what’s on her ID she said Tryphinah, oh man that lady is a gem 💎
As I walked in, electricity cut and their generator took a while to kick in. I asked for them to sell to me as I was paying cash and they agreed and packed my order. Shame man I’ve always been a great service here through and through
I just want to share my experience with Backabuddy. I am mother of two unemployed and I started my first campaign some time around September to help cover my outstanding fees. It didn’t do so well however by Gods grace I managed to cover the fees thinking I will quickly find employment. Long story short there were other hurdles that still keep me from getting employed so I started another campaign and shared it like my family’s future depended on it. I reached my goal within a few days. I inboxed Backabuddy on social media to get assistance with the payout and it’s been smooth. As we speak my pay out is under “process” and once that is done I will be able to handle urgent matters for the betterment of my children and myself. I do not even have words to express my gratitude. Thank you, thank you and thank you!
So I have a store card, been using the card from 2023 and in aug 2024 after using the card an agent called me alerting me of “suspicious *****” and that they are blocking the card for my safety. She said it’s easy to reactivate it as I can just request this in the store. In sep I went and they told me they can’t as I need to produce my ID. The following week I went with the ID and they still said they can’t assist and I have to wait for an “sms”. I took the matter and tried to chat with them on WhatsApp (useless). On the 2nd of October I followed all the prompts on their WhatsApp and the last message was “please wait as we look for the next available agent to attend to you” it’s now the 18th, no agent! I guess they are that busy. I called the customer centre today and tried to get a temporary card activated but because my husband was talking in the background she said “you have to go to the store and call us from there”. I am disappointed in their customer service. Honestly the worst of the worst.
Our building was managed by pulse before these guys took over. My husband has been in constant communication with them regadding the areas owed. Out of nowhere on a randon Wednesday they cut our electricity without warning, without communications. Im taking this matter to the tribunal because this is no way to treat tenants and it is also ********.
I ordered food from Mac Donald’s using the Mr.Delivery app. I literally ordered a strawberry milkshake for my daughter and PAID for it . It never arrived, instead of a milkshake we got two Coca Colas on top of that I had ordered stoney for myself and I didn’t get it. Seriously. It’s the first time using Mr.Delivery and definitely the last time. I want my R16 I want it.
Mr.Pasta noodles. I'm not sure if it's a company on its own but it specifically packages for ShopRite and checkers. I bought about 8 bags of the noodles as they were on special at checkers. I made the beef one for myself and my 15 month old daughter. I took one s**** and immediately told my husband the salt took my breath away but he said I was over exaggerating. I took another s**** and I stopped. This morning I woke up with mouth sores. I cannot eat anything, only liquids. I wish I had their customer care email but it's just a number because we feed these things to our kids and it's unacceptable.
So on the 27th of May 2024 I went to the checkers in Westgate mall. I was with my 10 year old as we were going to do the monthly groceries. We qued, the till got stuck as it was our turn then the cashier did not communicate this as I had already offloaded a quarter of the trolley contents. Manager came and tried to assist until she advised we must use another till and instructed another cashier to help. She just stood there while I put everything back into the trolley. We got to the till and it took her about 10 min before she attended to us. No packers, I had to offload and rush to the other side to pack my groceries. We are talking R5000 worth of groceries. I had to pack each and every single item myself and load it into the trolley while workers are just going up and down. I let it go UNTIL I asked her why she isn't removing the security thing they put on baby formula. She said I have to walk to the other end by the kiosk to them removed. I told her going this direction is there no one you can send to get them untagged. She said no. I left my daughter with the trolleys to get the formulas untagged when I got there they asked for a receipt 😞. I had to walk back to grab the receipt. I left the store sweating like an animal because what service was that????? I am very unhappy and will never return to that store. Number one why don't they have enough workers to do the packing for customers? Number two why is it the customers responsibility to get the formula tins untagged. Can they not install whatever device on every till? Why did I have to be treated like a ***** on products I had already paid for? And still be given the run arounds??? Also not to mention there's a que again for these things!!!!!!
I mean we went to Uncle jims in roodepoort. Not sure of the area specifically. We were just looking for a new spot, chilled and super affordable to just relax during lunch time. We came across Uncle Jims and of course we thought we would not "fit in". The staff was amazing. Ambre was our waitress. She literally told us about the specials game nights also competition nights. She did not treat us like one hit wonders. I loved it. Ashley the manager was pretty cool too. The food was amazing. My hubby had a 200g rump steak. He would have loved to see a bit of blood since he ordered blue rare, he still enjoyed it regardless. I had the peri chicken. Not hot hot but was tangy and enjoyed. I think next time we trying the nachos recommended by Ash. 😍😍😍
So there a few VIP internet lounges around Gauteng that I know of. I know of about 2 in pretoria. I recently moved to Johannesburg and found that there is one in wirlo park and flora centre. The one in wirlo park honestly is a nightmare. The connection to the wifi is always a mission. Then sometimes 'there is no connection ' completely for hours. You will be playing and then next thing the PC is blank. Please do better. We come to your establishments not only for fun but to make money and you guys make it impossible to even enjoy being there. I personally am never coming back nor am I recommending anyone to come to your establishment. Thank you
