Avoid, Avoid, Avoid VIP Movers !!!

We had such a bad experience with VIP Movers that I couldn’t even bring myself to write this review. But that was in November last year 2022, and I did try hard to just move on. Unfortunately, we keep finding items either missing completely or else damaged as we keep unpacking. Michal subcontracts the actual movers and the communication is really difficult. Ours was a complex move with shuttles needed on both sides as well as storage prior to occupation, well they are just not capable of dealing with all those complexities and the line of communication is long and often broken. Every time we report an issue, Michal is shocked and can’t believe it. I have a long list of detailed damages same missing items that just scares me. In the end the emotional and financial costs were just exhausting.

I wouldn’t want anyone to have to experience the trauma we had pre and post the move.

Strongly advise to avoid VIP Movers.
