I have never experience such a disgusting customer service as I have with Vision starting from a junior staff members to their manager Called Loodewyk Hattingh. These people struggle to provide a simple feedback regarding a No Claim letter required by Outsurance . This query/matter has been going on since early January 2026 until now. They do not update you or provide any feedback regarding my matter unless you send them an email.
