We acknowledge your concerns and would like to provide the following update:At the recent adjourned AGM of the Body Corporate, the maintenance of the complex was a key discussion point. We do understand that certain maintenance items have not been attended to as urgently as owners may have expected; however, this was a primary focus at the AGM, and steps are now being taken to address these issues.Quotations are being obtained to remove tree branches leaning on roofs to prevent storm damage.
- Several dome spotlights in the complex are being repaired; a contractor is attending to the faulty lights.
- Additional lighting for the walkways between Units 43–56 is under consideration, with solar pathway lights being evaluated.
- Electric fencing has been repaired.
- Broken fixtures in the pool area have been repaired.
- Old padlocks are being replaced.
- Rotten and leaking gutters have been cleaned and repaired.
- Quotations are being obtained for the replacement of the entrance gate.
- Window putty at Unit 25 (which was almost non-existent) is being replaced.
Regarding the swimming pool, it will be drained of rainwater today and cleaned on a weekly basis until the scheduled repair and re-marbelite work is undertaken early next year.Please note that
your concerns will also be communicated to the trustees to ensure they remain informed and can take them into account in ongoing decisions.
