This is one of the worse companies to deal with. They took my money and have not completed my work. They reject your calls and fail to respond to emails

Hi Angie, I don't know who to complain to, but yesterday was a disaster! So after letting me know that the crew would be here at 9 not 8 I got a call from Renolan after 9:30 to say he got a flat and would be here as soon as possible. He finally got here just before 11 only to realise the had the wrong tiles and no paint!! He left his crew here and disappeared to get the tiles. When he finally reappeared with the tiles, he vanished again to go get the paint at 3pm the crew had finished the tiling and still no sign of Renolan with the paint. I got a call from Kevin apologizing profusely and saying they'd come paint on Monday. Monday doesn't suit me. So we agreed on Tuesday. This service is totally unacceptable and sometimes an apology is just not enough! The 3 guys who did the tiling were great, your organising too was great, but the service from Kevin and his son is totally unacceptable. I am sharing this message with the owner, and hoping she passes it on to Standard Bank. I'm also logging this with Hello Peter.

Warning – Do not hire Visionaire Consultance PTY Ltd! Worst experience ever with Visionaire Consultance owned and managed by Graham Reeners (the supposed General Manager and Supervisor) and Melissa Reeners. My husband and I hired Visionaire Consultance to carry out a bathroom renovation in March 2020. Things started going pair shape not very long into the project when we started expressing our dissatisfaction regarding how the project was being managed and the subpar work that was being carried out. Below highlights a few of the challenges we experienced as a result of hiring and trusting Visionaire Consultance to do a job they advised they could carry out. 1. Incompetent and extremely below standard work carried out, from installed bath tub being unleveled, to mosaic installed being extremely unleveled and skew, to unleveled and sloppy looking tiling, to dreadful and unprofessional installation of aluminum window in bathroom (by owner himself, Graham) window is slanted and unaligned on left and right side which too has been left uncomplete and lastly to a complete mess up of the installation of the toilet, which pretty much was installed into the back wall with cement, preventing us from even being able to open the cistern which is sealed around with tile grouting! Honestly just shocking work by people who claimed they knew what they were doing but actually had no clue! This is just to name a few of the mess ups they made. 2. Over and above this, there is still work which was just left unfinished and not even an offer from Graham to at least come to finish what was left incomplete. Bearing in mind we had paid him a little over 75% of his cost. 3. Graham who was the supervisor on site and our main point of contact, would rarely be onsite the whole working day to oversee the work his workers were carrying out, he would at times simply disappear without even communicating with us as to where he was off to or on days where he would let us know that he is stepping out, he would be gone for hours on end leaving his workers unsupervised with little to no direction on what needed to be done next to a point where work would be at a standstill with his workers roaming around our property not working waiting for Graham to return, which would most of the time be hours and hours later. Forcing us at times having to supervise the workers ourselves and highlight glitches, which with our very limited knowledge of tiling, installation of bathtub/basins, plumbing etc. was extremely frustrating. 4. The above would lead to not only numerous delays in getting the project completed but also this led to several mistakes and unnecessary snags occurring. 5. We were lucky if Graham would complete a whole week of working showing up every single day of the week, as a number of times he would either call in with an excuse that he wouldn’t be coming in or at times not call in at all. Forcing us the client, to call him to check on why he did not come in. This yet again, caused even more delays in the project. 6. Numerous employee politics between Graham and his workers which negatively impacted the smooth progression of the project. For instance, Graham would leaves his workers and go on to do whatever it is that he was always doing that needed him to be offsite so often, and his workers because of whatever issues they were having with Graham would down tools and deliberately not work till he returns. Issues which had to do with Graham not paying his workers for prior work completed. 7. We had a number of meetings with Graham, highlighting our concerns and dissatisfaction regarding the extremely slow progress that was being made on the project and poor workmanship being carried out. The last meeting, which was probably the third if not forth meeting, we held with him regarding the same issues he acted as if he clearly understood our concerns and committed to us that he would return the next day to commence work on fixing all the mess ups. To cut a long story short, he never showed up till this day. We tried calling, SMSing and watsapping however our attempts failed as Graham and Melissa blatantly ignored us. After two weeks of being ignored and chasing after them, my husband and I had to accept the fact that they had clearly absconded hence we called off our contract with them and now in the process of getting an alternative service provider to continue the work they left unfinished and fix the mess ups they made. This is just a warning to anyone out there thinking of using their services, Graham and Melissa clearly think they know how to run a business however from our experience they are clueless which was clearly evident from our experience with them. I wish I had received a warning about how they unprofessionally run their business before hiring them.

Worst experience ever!!! I hired this company for a home renovation. They delayed the project, used inferior materials and then absconded without fixing any of the disasters they caused! Paint all over Brand New tiles and wooden flooring! Paint peeling everywhere. shocking tiling. destroyed a bath and toilet. cupboard doors falling off the hinges! Cupboards not level. I had to end up going into more debt to fix everything they destroyed. I would never recommend them to anyone!!! All they could say was that they had no funds to complete the project! Beware!!!

This company is a scam - they ask you for a profile to see if you fit the position advertised. Once they have your profile, they then contact you to meet up with them and make arrangements. You drive all that way then to find out they havent even pitched up after you made all the effort. They refuse to answer your phone calls regardless of anything - after a couple of days you call them again they act as if they dont know you at all, claim to be from Cape Town and so forth. They want you to do all the work - then when you must get paid they dont give you your full payment that you quoted and make up excuses, they scam you out of your own money after all your hard work.
