Very disappointing
They supp**** an oxygen concentrator without a saturation monitor causing my daughter to have to stay in ICU for another day unnecessarily.

19 May 2026, 06:21Now, two and a half months later, they still owe me a refund for the deposit paid before we became aware that they were unable to supply the equipment which we had ordered.
We are just passed from one person to the next in the hope that we will eventually give up. Absolutely pathetic company!
