Vitatech stole my money

I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent order I placed with Vitatech during their Black Friday promotion. I ordered CBD Gummies and various other vitamins, but the gummies were missing from my shipment.

The company subsequently sent an email stating that they were out of stock of the gummies and offered a coupon as compensation. However, I requested a refund instead, but my emails have been ignored.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of customer service I have received, becareful where you spend your money, they have shown themselves to be *************.
