I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent order I placed with Vitatech during their Black Friday promotion. I ordered CBD Gummies and various other vitamins, but the gummies were missing from my shipment. The company subsequently sent an email stating that they were out of stock of the gummies and offered a coupon as compensation. However, I requested a refund instead, but my emails have been ignored. I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of customer service I have received, becareful where you spend your money, they have shown themselves to be *************.
Telkom call centre agents keep harassing me. They have called on numerous occasions looking for someone who the number does not belong too. I have further told that i am not interested in their product based on their conduct, but they keep calling my number. their number is 031 834 3326. I would like you to stop harassing me. I am not interested in your products.
On 12 October 2015 I wrote a complaint on hellopeter about being over charged on my FNB Connect contract, I had sent an email to connecthelp 6 days prior to that and no one had responded. I was contacted on 12 October by a consultant from FNBconnect and she said she would submit the paperwork to cancel my contract. It now has been 9 days and when I call the number i was given to follow up on my issue they say that it has been submitted, however I have not received any paper work or confirmation that my issue is taken seriously. I feel like FNB is taking their time in order to extort more of my hard earned money from me. There is no excuse for them not to respond to their clients emails when they are sent directly to them. Can FNB please assist in concluded this issue .
I ordered an FNB Connect SIM card on contract for R95 per month. However when I got my first bill it was R757.18, no one informed me that they do not cut off the data once you have used the 2gig, anyway now I want to cancel this contract as it costs more than the agreed amount of R95 per month. They also charged me a service fee of R50 and instead of R95 for the month, I was charged R161.11. I cannot afford these hidden costs that were never mentioned and I feel as if I was ripped off by FNB Connect. I sent an email to connecthelp 6 days ago and no one has contacted me to assist me. I would like to cancel this contract, can someone contact me with the process I can follow.
