I would like to thank Raushene from Vivo Sa Headoffice for assisting with my issue I have with the smar****ch I received with my Vivo V 30 phone in August 2024. From logging my complaine till the waybill for collection of the faulty device it was about 2 hours including 2 telephone call aswell. First 1 for the complaine the second one to inform me how long time frame for coerier pick up off the device. well done Vivo
