I was hesitant to buy shoes online because I have always battled to find shoes that fit me when trying them on, let alone just choosing something online, but I decided to give Vivobarefoot shoes a try as they guaranteed a full refund if the shoes didn't fit and were returned in the original condition. They helped me by email with choosing the right size and when I received them and they felt too big, they arranged for them to be collected and swopped out for a smaller size.
