Vizocular scammed us
I have ordered 2 solar batteries from the 3 weeks ago and still no delivery or refund after we asked for it because they not responding. There address does not exist and they have no other number. Please be careful of these scammers.

Vizocular scammed us

Scam or fraud - Vizocular
I ordered deep cycle solar batteries from this (Vizocular) company on 13 January 2020 with a committed delivery date of 2 weeks. after 3 weeks i followed up with emails and phone calls about the delays in my delivery and the reasons given was that incorrect batteries were received and had been returned. this was 3 weeks ago. i then proceeded to have my payment refunded 2 weeks ago and still have not received my refund by today (9Mar2020) I will be reporting this to the Police during the week as Fraud.

Saved from load shedding over the weekend due to Vizocular
This weekend we had multiple bouts of loadshedding but thanks to the order received from Vizoucalur on Saturday morning we managed to keep the lights on, excellent advice on the purchase as well as was exactly what was needed to ensure the appliances worked during the overall load shedding session and secondly thanks for the speedy delivery on the product received just in time to ensure we had lights on during the 2 bouts of load shedding on Saturday and Sunday evening.

Excellent customer service and turn around time on online order
Excellent customer support on my 15 solar panels pallet and inverter order with Vizoculars support team, was constantly kept updated on my order and the delivery times, appreciate all the extra effort and the technical support and additional items provided at NO extra cost!

Slow order to deliver however finally received
We had a delay with our 10 solar panels and inverter ordered and after having to phone their support contact number twice they kindly prioritized our order which we were informed was due to the high amount of orders from load shedding. Their prices are relatively good so will possibly looking at placing another order before giving them a better rating.

Scamming Solar Suppliers
This company is using a physical address of a supermarket in Swellendam. I have confirmed with the Supermarket that there is no such company at their address. They are scamming people and using this alias address. They sell solar equipment and deep cycle batteries, allegedly. I would like to make people aware of their activities. I have tried to get hold of them on their contact number, but they do not answer any longer. Please do not purchase anything from this supplier as you will lose your money. Thank you.
