It is so strange that in the rental market the people that pay late or bridge there lease and get evicted are always the people that gives bad reviews. The biggest problem is platforms like these just post them blindly. Rentalsu has always strive to be fair.
I have lodged a claim for a Samsung tv where the screen display was defective and it is only about 2.5 years old. Kingprice said it is wear and tare and tried to blame it on load shedding. No idea a tv against the wall can get weir and tare. When I spoke to one manager she said she does not have a boss because she could not answer me and say whey we where mislead by the assessor that said they will replace the TV. I will be reporting them to onboetman. Very disappointed.
I ordered an office Chair and after sending it back because the frame where wheels was on bend because of poor quality they did n9t even contact me back just said concluded and refund rejected. They starting to sell a lot of imported things of poor quality.
We have bought many things from them and with cheaper furniture we never had problems for out flats that we furnish. Then end of last year we bought and recliner leather set and there the problem started. We complained about stitching in the first couple of months and took them 3 month to respond mail after mail did not help at last they came and fetch the one couche then they kept it for more than a month when we got it back we where not happy and told them the 3 seater is doing the same and still they have never even respond back to us. So don't trust them at all with more expensive furniture
I have an loan with them and had the Covid 19 relief, the first month they did not debit my account be 2nd and 3rd they did. I have been trying to get this sorted out from the 7th of June with no luck at all. Just excuse why they can get hold of me but they have my number and mails. Its is clear they do not want to sort out the problem.
I have a lone with them and they where very good and I was happy until Covid. They gave me Covid relieve as per FNB loan, the first month I did not pay but then the second month my debit order went off again. I have been on the phone for the last 40 days and they every time say someone will get back to me and credit me but nothing yet and then this month the debit order went off again. I have now tried every thing and no response.
We have send a request on our business vehicle on the 7th of April 2020 no response now they just asking for the same form over and over. Other banks helped us with a phone call. How sad.
We an FNB business client, they said we will be assisted if accounts is in good standing and it is but from 7 April 2020 we have applied 5 times called very day and just no one can help or assist not even with funds put in place for the Virus by Government FNB just do not care.
I have ordered 2 solar batteries from the 3 weeks ago and still no delivery or refund after we asked for it because they not responding. There address does not exist and they have no other number. Please be careful of these scammers.
An Offer to purchase was done and the Intern agent was left to do all the work that is against EAAB rules and regulations. The Principal Danie Joubert just blamed the intern. He said that the seller will qualify for a bond and we gave up all to move to retirement estate only to fine out 3 months later the buyer would never have qualified because of bad credit but they did not do there work and also did not even send the documents to the attorney that we wanted him to send it when he was supposed to do so. We where taken for a ride on our old age with no care in the world from there side. Head office also was not much of assistance.
