VLT Arms Business Closed
VLT Arms Kilnerpark Pretoria I drove to this arm supplier shop a week ago to collect my firearm which I purchased from them… and now have a firearm license for collection….. and were closed They have an answering service number for enquiries which is stuck on the entrance door…when dialed has a voice mail box full and no calls returned.. I did manage at one point get through to a person who said that the business has been sold??? And said that the new owners would open 1 Dec Today 1Dec still closed and no calls answered… I have not been contacted as yet and assume other cusomers included …of outcome of our firearms in their shop????and if VLT has been closed permanently??? This businesses communication is unacceptable ???

It is an absolute pleasure walking into VLT Arms. The staff is always friendly and helpful, the store is neat and tidy and it is awesome to see all the different firearms! #WIN

VLT service
I was looking for a specific firearm that they were advertising "while stocks last". When I enquired as to whether they told me all were sold out. I uttered my absolute dismay at which point thr manager, Divan, stepped in. He said he would try and see what he could do. Within 30 minutes of minutes he phoned me and told me he traced one for me. Wonderful, friendly service which should be a standard any type of business. I highly recommend them for any firearm related queries.

Poor craftsmanship and service of VLT arms
I sent a very sentimental rifle in for them to do some work on it. Beside the extremely poor craftsmanship and the ridiculously long tome it took for them to complete the work they also broke of the sights leaf spring and has up to now, more than 9 months later, not replaced it.<br> <br> Absolutely useless!<br> <br> I will strongly advise anyone to avoid them at all cost.
