Very efficient. I accidentally did not de-activate my Carwatch. Within 30 seconds they called and the lady was very efficient. Thanks Cartrack.
I had a network problem in Groblersdal and was unable to turn my carwatch off. Within a minute of me starting the car I got a call from Carwatch. Everything sorted within a minute. Quite amazing.
While still under warranty the Microwave we bought has in the past month packed up for the third time within one month. The same error every time. It seems to be a latent fault which Samsung Repair Centre in Dyer Street Pretoria are unable to repair. Repeatedly the same error. Is is perceived that the technicians are either not knowledgeable or unable to fix the error. I have demanded a refund or a credit at the shop where it was initially bought.
What a pleasure to work with this company. They didn't only walk the extra myle but quite a few more! Being 2 elderly couples it was no effort to Devashnie to assist us to get the appropriate accommodation. Excellent!!
I am on the 80+80 Gig plan. 66 gig of daytime data disappeared in a question of 1hour 25mins from 22:34 - 24:00 Sithepelo of Telkom enquiries said I must have used it. Fortunately I recorded the call of +/- 25 minutes He got very rude during the conversation which I will take up with Telkom H/O. At 69 years of age this just doesn't make any sense.
GEMS, in their unilateral decision, no correspondence, no input from our side, no transparency, wants to move our portfolio (GEMS EMERALD VALUE) to another unknown to us service provider.. Some of the options stay with Medipost where we have been getting our monthly scripts from whilst the others are moved to who knows where. We fall in the who knows where category. We have a dedicated lady assisting us every month. Living in Cullinan our service from Medipost is excellent. If we are forced to move we will decide where we take our portfolio - not somewhere enforced on us.
Telkom is using my monthly all network minutes for Telkom tot Telkom calls. A visit to Telkom Direct at Woodlands, Pretoria, resulted in the staff arguing amongst themselves what is right and what is wring. I finally left without my issue bring solved.
