Poor Customer Service -Volkano SA

I bought a volkano vxs300 blietooth speaker from Makro end of Decber 2023 .Unbeknown to me the salesperson was a casual worker and terms and conditions given were not as specified as he told me the warranty was two years .The speaker is not used regularly as it remains at my mom's place which is unoccupied except during easter and December holidays .Late year i experienced static when ising the device and started communicating with Volkano for troubleshooting remedies .No response and during easter of 2025 i realized that the problem is worsening. I send numerous enquries and. even went to the company premises .I was send to and fro and eventually left as no one could show me the repairs section to check what is the problem instead even the security guard kept on saying that this will cost. me .I send an email but that was also ignored .
