On the 15 March 2021 we have written a complaint to VW customer service , the complaint was about the issue that has not been resolved with VW Hatfield. The complaint has been forwarded to VW Hatfield and we were advised that the Manager in charge will be in contact with us. On the 19 March 2021 I did a follow up with VW customer service to check the status of the complaint that has been logged.
Again on the 23 March we did a follow up and also asking about the service level agreement, were advised that the Manager was on leave by the consultant at their customer service. I trust that this is not the way that VW does business and that you will mention my concern with the Sales consultant -about the incident. We are open to discussing the matter further and should hope that you will respond with a solution to prevent this incident happening again
