Good day, We have logged a request with the City of Cape Town about the water issue..last week already. We did not have water for almost 3 weeks now...I know there is service level agreement but they took way too long to assist. Then Call centre requested that we send the picture of the meter...the Plumbers/Depot guys went there to check and they stated there was nothing wrong..but still people do not have water up until today. I have even sent an email to their OMBUDS, they requested my ID but still there is no water...available.. we have also done numerous calls..to the City. We are not happy with the service Herewith is the call that was logged.. Good day, I have logged a call on Wednesday 8th Feb 2023 that there is no water , and the people have not water for more than 8 days. Only today that the City have sent the Plumbers/ Maintenance guys to check what was the issue after I have stated that I will escalate with complaints. The call Centre requested that I need to take a picture of the meter...i did that and posted it on whatsaap messages. To cut the story short , maintenance people went there, they have diagnose the meter...it is not leaking. We did not log a call for water leakage. The call that was logged is that there is no water, so there is a miscommunication between the office staff and the maintenance people/ Plumbers Address : 10 Leretholi Street, Langa, 7455 Brass Meter no: 141490 Please assist on this matter as it is quite urgent , people are out of water more than 2 weeks now. Good day, On the 04 July 2022 at 15:00 I have cancelled my car insurance and I spoke with the consultant...I had stated that it was effected as from 04 July 2022. Good day, Last year August 2021, I have cancelled my short term insurance and have called the Provider so many times and also sent an email. The premiums were still deducted up until now, I have just called them today 04 July 2022 to cancel provided the consultant with my details and she confirmed my personal details, when I want to cancel instead she dropped the call. I would like to complain about the receptionist who works at Busamed Hospital that is located in Linbro Park. The lady works for Dr Esther Rockson -Who is a Gynaecologist, last year I was there to make an appointment and she stated that , we do not take Old Mutual medical aid asked the reason behind that if she does'nt mind me asking. She responded with an attitude and she is not a pleasant that you can talk to. The name of the receptionist is Mpho, called her again to make an appointment, she stated that they will charge an amount of R2000 asked her how can you charge I have not even consulted with the Doctor. my friend & colleague was there in April 2022 and she was charged R1200.00 All I can say Mpho's attitude is pathetic and it is not appropriate especially for a person who is at the front desk, I am not the only one who has encountered that bad attitude. SARS Edenevale : Today I went to submit my Tax certificates at SARS in Edenvale ,the service that I received was excellent and everyone that works there, wowed us as customers. They assisted us in such a manner that we were all treated equally and the consultants there are all hands on even the Managers that are in charge. For me it was such an nice and good experience as I used to go and submit at other Branches that I will not mention here. Even the securities are so pleasant at the entrance, you can tell that they can treat customers Fairly. KEEP IT UP SARS EDENVALE BRANCH...THANK YOU FOR YOUR GREAT SERVICE.. Good day, I have been trying to contact STA Travel and the telephone no. is no longer in used , we were not advised by the consultant who was assisting us all along..We were supposed to travel to Bali last year September 2020 due to the pandemic of Covid 19 we could not travel. The consultant stated that we will not be able to get cash we will only be given the voucher. And we accepted that because he stated that it is the company policy. For us to be able to redeem the voucher we need to utilise it for travelling purposes. There is company where we had laid a complaint it is called Resolver and now it has been 8 weeks...We would like to get a refund as company has been refunding a lot of people...Consultant name: Devon Sanders he was working at Rosebank Branch... Good day, On the 15 March 2021 we have written a complaint to VW customer service , the complaint was about the issue that has not been resolved with VW Hatfield. The complaint has been forwarded to VW Hatfield and we were advised that the Manager in charge will be in contact with us. On the 19 March 2021 I did a follow up with VW customer service to check the status of the complaint that has been logged. Again on the 23 March we did a follow up and also asking about the service level agreement, were advised that the Manager was on leave by the consultant at their customer service. I trust that this is not the way that VW does business and that you will mention my concern with the Sales consultant -about the incident. Good day, Hope the email finds you well? I have been calling the attorneys from Cape Town and Johannesburg and I see myself as a mediator here where I am supposed to be a customer. Initially I was supposed to move at the end of February 2021 and it was changed the last minute without being given the 30 day notice , to cut the story short. I moved in to my apartment because I have been calling the lawyers to check in because no one has called from Balwin Porperty. Communication was sent from Strauss dally Attorneys on time as I have completed the documents on time. But to cut the story short I am not happy with the service but I have already bought and I have regretted and yesterday I was sooo flabbergasted....then I went to the gym to release my stress. Please let me know if you would like me to train your staff in customer service.. Treat Customer Fairly is part of Legislation...
