Worst experience from Vw Lenasia Ever

This is the worst experience i ever had. I drove my vehicle from Pretoria home and when i reached home the vehicle did not want to start. The following day i arranged for the vehicle to be towed to vw Lenasia.

I was advised that my Vehicles ECU is damaged and the warranty will not be covering for the part. they could not give me a valid reason why , they only advised that my vehicle has been Jump started which was never the case.

They quoted me R33000 to repair . I toke the vehicle for a second opinion and they discovered that my relay fuse has been damaged.

I am really disappointed as vw own technicians could not pick up the problem. they really know how to rip their customers off.

I will never take my vehicle to VW lenasia ever again
