Dishonest , rude and misleads there customers

VW Rustenburg Supergroups is, without a doubt, the most frustrating and disappointing dealership I’ve ever dealt with. Even after they replaced my car, getting proper assistance was a constant struggle. Everything had to be done their way.

The staff were extremely rude. I was screamed at while calmly asking questions. I’ve never experienced such unprofessional and intimidating behavior from a business. The FNI in particular, stood out ,she clearly lies with a straight face.

This experience has left a bitter taste, and I can honestly say I’ve never disliked a company more. I will never return, and I urge anyone considering doing business there to be very cautious.

I so wish that i could've read the reviews of this company before going there I, now realize why most people did not get the help they needed.
