Non-compliant solar system installation
Solar installation at a residential property: final payment 27 January 2023 (around R240k). Subsequent issued CoC was false (person not traceable or registered). Second CoC was issued by another individual, not employed by Velocity, but for only a portion of the solar installation, he was not registered for the other portion. Employees of Velocity subsequently replaced and repaired some components and installed additions for my own account. The communicated unfinished, and questionable installation components remained unresolved. As a result I had an audit done by Department of Labour inspectors (July 2023) that detailed many legal and regulatory deviations in this solar installation in a Certificate Of Inspection Report. The DoL initiated process is underway with an attempt to resolve the non-compliance issues. It also appears the Velocity Energy Solutions is/was not registered at the DoL. Based on the above, I would not recommend Velocity Energy Solutions to do any solar installation, nor would I recommend doing business with any of it's Directors.

Unprofessional and deals are Soo good to be true like ****s
Non of the phone lines are working and when you send a email about their special Cfe battery that is selling for R13500 which usually cost R26000 you will get a call from Fred who never sends anything back. Very unprofessional seems like other reviews are true. I would never recommend them. They are very suspicious.

Baie dankie vir julle diens. Ek wil eerlikwaar vir julle 'n goeie verwysing gee. Ons sisteem werk baie mooi! Ek wil vir Roelf bedank dat hy ons bygestaan het deur die finansierings aansoek proses vir ons hele installasie en dat dit so vinnig afgehandel kon word.

Efficient Team
Very good service. Contacted them from their billboard in Olivedale and got a very speedy response to my queries. They came to install 10 panels on our roof with an inverter and two batteries. Did the work within a day and returned the next day to make sure everything was working and to load the app on my phone. The three gentleman who came to do the installation were very efficient and I did not have any problems during the process. I will definitely recommend.

I contacted the business for a quotation on an off the grid solar power solution for our farm. They provided me with a solution to which we can add on until we are off the grid as planed. Great service

Volocity Energy Solutions Backup Solar Power Solution
I contacted Volocity Energy for a solar backup solution at my house. The team gave me a detailed quotation within a day from visiting the site. The installation was done within 2 days. After the successful installation was done at my house - I also had them install a backup solution at my business. I am very happy with the quality of service I received from Mr Barnard and team.

Volocity Energy Solutions Backup Solar Power Solution
I contacted Volocity Energy for a solar backup solution at my house. The team gave me a detailed quotation within a day from visiting the site. The installation was done within 2 days. After the successful installation was done at my house - I also had them install a backup solution at my business. I am very happy with the quality of service I received from Mr Barnard and team.
