fter paying my premiums as required, I was involved in a motor vehicle accident caused entirely by a third party. I immediately comp**** with all required procedures by completing the police report, submitting witness contact details, and notifying your offices on the same day. It has now been three weeks, and I have received no meaningful or valid feedback regarding my claim. The only response I continue to receive is that the matter is “under review,” with no timelines, clarity, or progress updates. Over the past two weeks, I have contacted your offices more than 11 times, yet each call results in the same response — that someone will “follow up.” Unfortunately, no follow-up has taken place. At this point, it appears that more effort is being placed on finding reasons not to process or cover the claim rather than actively resolving it. This level of service is unacceptable, especially considering how efficient and responsive the process was when signing up as a customer.
Logged into the website- and selected to be able to talk to a consultant - More that 4 Hours later and Still had no feedback via the website - Tried calling the branch on 011 974 2845 - No one answered the phone it just kept on ringing both for reception and customer agent - tried calling the direct line as per contact details provided for Northriding on 063 772 6812 - Straight to voicemail - very poor feedback received.
Had the absolute best experience with Owen Chinner from the Roodepoort he guided us every step of the way with a lot of patience as well and always with a smile. He not only assisted us in getting our perfect home but made sure we were not taken advantage of in the industry by following up persistently and even assisted with transferring attorneys which we felt were delaying the process on purpose. WELL DONE WILL 100% RECOMMEND SOTHEBYS even when reaching out to other areas another consultant was also provided Tania from the Randburg branch who also provided us with her expertise in the area and field overall the best experience
We opened up an account using a consultant telephonically and via email In beginning of February 2024 and he advised that we can pick up our card the following week. Went to the Keywest branch waited an Hour and a half just to be to told the card is not there and we need to wait for them to message us . A MONTH no contact and NO access to our bank account for which we are being charged
Absolutely having the worst experience with them not only having connectivity issues 30% of the time with speed not as per the contracts (even though we have fiber) . We have to move earlier than expected out of our residence when asked if they can move it to our new location they say they cannot and that we will have to pay a cancellation fee that is more than 3 months payment (almost R 3000) without any of the services then being delivered my contact is only valid for another 3 months with no idea how they are going to ***** me over then I reached out to say how ridiculous it is and the person assisting Pauline just flat out ignores me - This is absolutely the worst service company to make use of.

But ensured that I was informed of the progress from the start of ordering up to the end of the installation. Frederick that assisted me through the process did a follow up with me a week after installation to find out if I was satisfied with everything which I absolutely am !!
