VOLPES DEPLORABLE AND REPREHENSIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I've had a deplorable and reprehensible experience at Volpes east rand , i had purchased a feather duvet for my wife for our anniversary amongst other additional linen spending near R9000.00 , the duvet was NEVER opened untouched and in its original package CLEARLY NOT EVEN OPENED ... my wife attempted today to return it for a credit to my account and she got the response its unhygienic..... so the moral of the story NEVER TOUCH AN ITEM FROM VOLPES ... LOOK PUT DOWN AND WALK OUT THE STORE ...... THEY NOT WOOLWORTHS SO GO TO WOOLWORTTHS
