VOLPES DEPLORABLE AND REPREHENSIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I've had a deplorable and reprehensible experience at Volpes east rand , i had purchased a feather duvet for my wife for our anniversary amongst other additional linen spending near R9000.00 , the duvet was NEVER opened untouched and in its original package CLEARLY NOT EVEN OPENED ... my wife attempted today to return it for a credit to my account and she got the response its unhygienic..... so the moral of the story NEVER TOUCH AN ITEM FROM VOLPES ... LOOK PUT DOWN AND WALK OUT THE STORE ...... THEY NOT WOOLWORTHS SO GO TO WOOLWORTTHS

Netstar do not share the value or ethics of paying a refund when its due
I've been a client of Nestar for so many years my account is in credit by 8000.00 , netstar will accept your monthly payment , but don't advise you , you have overpaid month after month , its been 3 weeks I've been trying to get it back, yet you need your DNA to prove its actually you , i understand security measures , this however was not the first incident of the same

Naked deplorable reprehensible insurer cheaper insurance = cheap results
Despicable reprehensible service , I had submitted a claim for a rear right tail light replacement for my Ford Ranger , "I WAS ADVISED" by Naked insurance to replace the light myself as it was cheaper than the excess R6500.00 , i asked who their service provider was , I got no response , I duly replaced the brake light at a cost of R13.000.00 , requested a reimbur*****t of the difference and get the middle finger . Naked may be a cheaper insurance competitor , cheap is definitely matched by the experience i received

Standard Bank can not provide safe and secure banking and has been hacked , I'm told I'm 1 in a million , what rubbish
I had personally reported card cloning and subsequent fraud on my Garage Card account on 10th May immediately 'stopping the card' , subsequent to this on Friday 13th May, transactions were still being allowed to process through the stopped garage card, the cloning has reached a figure of 6 numbers, standard bank does not provide a safe and secure banking service , don't be mislead by illusion your money is safe , I personally am doing by own DIY fraud investigation for standard bank and resorting to provide them with "proof " by going to the stores where the cloned card was used at , providing the bank with photos, transaction copies, even the name and cell number of the criminal, this in 2 hours ! what the bank cant do in weeks and months.

Land Rover S.A an incomprehensible, reprehensible and deplorable experience.
A reprehensible and deplorable brand, I own a Discovery 4, I think the 4th one being a series of naive mistakes in misplaced loyalty, in December 2018 the turbos blew taking near 3 months to repair , in December 2019 , the same turbos blew , loving the jaguar brand , I bought an XF in 2018 , In February 2020 , at 83 000 KM, the turbos blew. Kudos, they replaced the motor with 0 km on the clock., but its motor plan runs out in 13 000.km, countless calls and emails including to the UK, East Rand Land Rover, Land Rover S.A . A WARNING TO ALL DO NOT TRUST THIS BRAND, your just a sale and a statistic. How do you justify ongoing failing mechanical flaws and not support the consumer. In fact my 6 Land Rover purchases in loyalty sum up to 0

VODACOM FACILITATES FRAUD
Vodacom, I put it to you ,have facilitated fraud , on the 1st of march 2015 I discovered excessive cell phone charges off of my business bank account. On the 2nd of March I went to the head office in Midrand to report the matter to forensic services corporate security's ,Senior investigator Sindiswa Jentile Who confirmed the fraud since June 2010 two fraudulent cell phone contracts signed up by the same Fraudster at 2 different Vodacom shops has had his account payments debited off my bank account since 2010 , 2 cell phone contracts for 56 months each !!. just one of the accounts was R7721.95 in January and February 2015. its is now the 13th March and Ive had nothing but lip service and empty promises , Vodacom have disregarded their own protocols of signing up cell phone contract, Mr Vincent Nkuna the proud fraudster ,I'm convinced is overcome with grief and shock to find out he had not been receiving accounts for 56 months for 2 cell phone contracts. I went back to Vodacom Midrand on the 11th March having had no result , I spoke to the HOD who pawned me off to a minion who fed me more promises... recon frauds been facilitated don't you ? watch this space > you next !!<br> <br> <br>
