Disgraceful company, they reflect your monthly water consumption as below average (in my case it has been a shocking 0 consumption for the month) then the next month they charge the consumption for both months. But now as it is a higher amount for both months, they can charge the water at a higher rate. Almost R1500 price difference to what it should have been. Oh and don’t try and contact them, you are wasting your time. Neither the accounts@Voltano or the Western Cape accounts mail rhoshe.p@Voltano bothers to respond. I wonder how many people just pay the higher tariff without realising what they are doing.
