I bought an inverter and 2 Hubble batteries from Port Elizabeth branch on 19 August 2025 (invoice 03271839). The installation was done by a installation electrician on 21 August 2025 but determined that i battery was faulty. I returned it on 22 August 2025 and expected a simple exchange but was told by the manager that it is just under voltage and he will sort out the same day. I followed up later in day just to be told he is out of office and will return my call which he failed to do. I have send somebody there to physically follow-up and it turned out he was there all along. Now suddenly he cannot even guarantee that battery will be back by Monday. To note the invoice and website make mention of a walk-in warranty but seem this is worthless. To their credit the service and attitude of salesman was fine but his hands is tied by the manager.
