<p>Being a proud owner of a Volvo has just turned into regret. I am a Director of a corporate firm and we, from time to time visit our clients and are approached by new ones. This morning one of my consultants (upon my instruction) visited Volvo (with an appointment) but was rudely chased away by Amanda Louw (dealer principle) and asked not to come to the branch again. Well Amanda, seems like my money was good enough when we bought into your brand but not welcome when me or my firm visits your dealership for 5 minutes? You lost yourself a client today and I will make sure that SUPERGRP and VOLVO takes note of this and our dear friend - social media, seems like the best way to share experiences nowadays...</p>
