It has been a month since I have applied for an AMEX credit card (it was originally approved). I have an AMEX CHARGE card and applied for a CREDIT CARD but Nedbank does not seem to know the difference of their own product. I was advised that the application has passed verification, since the 23/08/2019 no CARD? Should I rather move all my other business from Nedbank to the RED BANK?
Had a contract with MIX TELEMATICS on two vehicles. One vehicle written off, other vehicle sold. When you call the call centre, they transfer you to the next person who is even less educated then the first. Eventually sent an enquiry, it has been 6 days, no response. "Kindly note your reference number for the query : 06029568"
I contacted standard bank to open a investment account over the phone. I was told that no credit check was to be done since it is NOT a credit product. Nor was I told that the opening of the account will take 21 days????? I did NOT give permission for standard bank to do a credit check TWICE! If I don't receive a response I will take the matter further. My credit score is lowered as result of this and standard bank is the first to decline credit due to scoring!
<p>Being a proud owner of a Volvo has just turned into regret. I am a Director of a corporate firm and we, from time to time visit our clients and are approached by new ones. This morning one of my consultants (upon my instruction) visited Volvo (with an appointment) but was rudely chased away by Amanda Louw (dealer principle) and asked not to come to the branch again. Well Amanda, seems like my money was good enough when we bought into your brand but not welcome when me or my firm visits your dealership for 5 minutes? You lost yourself a client today and I will make sure that SUPERGRP and VOLVO takes note of this and our dear friend - social media, seems like the best way to share experiences nowadays...</p>
<p>I am a AMEX platinum charge card holder and applied for a supplementary card on 2/03/2017. Then Nedbank said the wrong appliaction was captured when in fact it is an internal issue. I contacted Nedbank numerous times but it seems that general incompetence an mal administration in the country has somehow wiped off on Nedbank? Now this may be acceptable in general but I can't accept this for a annual card fee of R3695.00 and then receive this pathetic service. Step up to the plate or cancel my account. Nedbank is NOT the only bank with a premium card. Just received an SMS saying the card was cancelled upon my request? DO NOT get a incompetend and uninformed person to contact me as this will only worsen the situation.</p>
<p>I applied for 4 additional cards more than 7 days ago. No theres no record. I phoned Diners CLub to speak to someone but they cannot get hold of the right department. I was told an email was sent... yea right, as if anyone respond to an email. Samantha, you are extremely rude for keeping me on hold after incisting to speak to new business and after 30:18 minutes putting the phone down in my ear! I am leaving for Thailand in 7 days AND still theres no response from the Diners Club "corpse".... pathetic.</p>
<p>I applied for a Diners Club card and was approved on 29/08/2016. Phoned today to follow up but no application was captured? No record at all? I was promised to be called before end of business today which.... never happened (unless business hours are till 12 tonight). This is supposed to be an elite organisation with great benefits. "A first impression is a lasting impression" and Diners Club failed this one completely. If you are not interested in business, rather not advertise then and advice clients to go elsewhere?</p> <p> </p>
<p>Closed my Private banking account due to NO service received after even changer to a different banker. Standard bank advertises on their website a Platinum credit card for R57 pm. Went to Riversdale branch to upgrade my current card to platinum since the interest is ridicules on my current card. The branch advised that I need to have a private banking cheque account to qualify for this card? Please advise where does the R57 p/m comes in as advertised on the website? </p>
