Untrustworthy Dell Reseller

Purchased a Dell Lattitude Demo unit in August 2014 from the above Supplier. Not everything was as stated on the Gumtree specifications. The Reseller refused to accept calls, respond to emails or assist until I had discussed the issue with Dell International Support and sent him proof of this. Dell also informed me that the windows configuration was incorrect causing the machine to crash everytime there was an update to be installed. The Reseller has agreed to refund only if he receives the unit first. They reseller cannot be trusted and I cannot allow this as I am not certain that I will receive a refund. I travelled from Durban to Cape Town last year to resolve the issue and the Reseller blocked me from all network communications even though he knew that I was there to help resolve the matter. He has cost me much more in travel and phone calls trying to resolve this bad purchase than the amount spent on the unit itself. I have warned the Reseller that I will take the matter to the different watch dogs and his reply was that I can do what I want!<br> [URL Removed]<br>
