Amazing Product
Its only been 3 months since I had my Instant Vortex so Im still learning as I go along. Thus far, this appliance has saved me time during the Ramadaan, making savoury snacks and foods. Ive tried the whole chicken and it was moist and tasty. Also tried beef steaks and it was as the family ordered 'medium'. Also made beef patties and it was done in just a few minutes. I love that its a bigger size than the usual cooker. I feel this is the healthier way as I dont use the amount of oil I would usually use when I deep fry the foods. Id like to see more recipes on offer for the vortex cooker as I havent seen much available online. Id also like a guide or instructions on temp and time used on different food items because at the moment Im just going with my gut feeling. All round a great product. I plan to use my Vortex cooker everyday. Great investment this Ramadaan!

Came to help me at 03:00 in the Morning
I saw James-Michael has a active profile on Hellopeter. Decided to post this. <br> <br> I worked late last night, at just before 02:00 my laptop decided to die. I went online in search of a machine. <br> Hopefully to get something by this morning, i saw one of the ads from Vortex Technologies. I smsed James-Michael to call me as soon as he is up and working. He actually called me back immediately. Delivering a new machine and helping with the software installations at 03:00 in the Morning. Amazing Service. Good Deals and very good Customer support
Myself and my wife own a Metal fabrication business in Brackenfell, Cape Town. <br> We came across some laptops for sale about 8 months ago on local Classified sites. We met a young man called James-Michael, he works out of a Office in Bellville, Cape Town, selling only Demo laptops, Tv`s, cellphones and tablets/ <br> <br> We decided to purchase goods from him, and we haven`t stopped ever since. Our business is expanding incredibly fast, and we are always in need of some form of a laptop, tablet or cellphone`s for our reps and our admin staff. James-Michael is a very honest business man, and he hasn`t stopped helping us ever since we met him the first time. If we need something, he will either have it or find it. Usually at a great price. <br> <br> We will never buy goods brand new again, his after sale service and great deals is unbeatable. There is no better Demo seller in Cape Town. Untrustworthy Dell Reseller
Purchased a Dell Lattitude Demo unit in August 2014 from the above Supplier. Not everything was as stated on the Gumtree specifications. The Reseller refused to accept calls, respond to emails or assist until I had discussed the issue with Dell International Support and sent him proof of this. Dell also informed me that the windows configuration was incorrect causing the machine to crash everytime there was an update to be installed. The Reseller has agreed to refund only if he receives the unit first. They reseller cannot be trusted and I cannot allow this as I am not certain that I will receive a refund. I travelled from Durban to Cape Town last year to resolve the issue and the Reseller blocked me from all network communications even though he knew that I was there to help resolve the matter. He has cost me much more in travel and phone calls trying to resolve this bad purchase than the amount spent on the unit itself. I have warned the Reseller that I will take the matter to the different watch dogs and his reply was that I can do what I want!<br> [URL Removed]<br>
