Frustrated Customer

Shocking service! I can never get hold of your team. Trying to resolve any issue with VOX feels like pulling teeth. Tickets are closed without the problem being resolved, and your team cannot be reached for follow-up.

Please note, being business owners does not mean we are available to take calls at any given moment. If an issue arises, your team should follow up to ensure it is fully resolved before closing the ticket, rather than waiting for us to call again.

I have only but experienced frustration when dealing with VOX.
