Hi My name is Thato Nathaniel Maduna with id number 8607135936080 and cellphone number 0725497866, i have installed fibre at my home a while ago supp**** by Vuma Reach but i used ISP like Hypafibre and then moved from Hypa to Mweb and all this time my fibre gave me no issues until last month i moved from Mweb to Vodacom, i went to Vodacom online fibre package deals and chose my package and then purchased my once off fibre of 10/10mb/s and my fibre was active again. Now here is the problem, since i took this deal my fibre has been having intermittent connections every single day and i am struggling to use a simple app like WhatsApp, then i called Vodacom and Vodacom says my fibre package is under Vuma Reach so i need to contact them and when i contact Vuma, i was told that i need to speak to my ISP which is Vodacom but Vodacom said i dont exist on their fibre data base, now my fibre has expired and when i try to go to the selfservice portal of Vodacom i am unable to purchase prepaid fibre Voucher or Monthly fibre Voucher as well because it gives me an error stating the address you have chosen is still awaiting installation, so how can that be because my fibre was installed long time ago, i only changed ISP's? Now here i am sitting without fibre and i cannot do my work from home as well, this is so frustrating because now i dont know where to begin to fix this problem.
