Hi my name is Thato Maduna id no: 8607135936080 with cellphone number 0725497866, i recently moved to Vodacom from Mweb fibre under Vuma Reach, ever since i moved to Vodacom under Vuma Reach i have been struggling ever since, i contacted Vodacom, and i was referred to Vuma Reach because i was using a 10/10 Mb/s fibre, and it gave me problems from the begining, now on the 26 of february i upgraded to 20/10mb/s and now my issue has gone from bad to worse, i habe logged a call with Vodacom as my ISP and they told me they will escalate the matter to Vuma and i have not yet received any call from Vuma or Vodacom about my problem,i paid for my service but i am strughling to connect a simple WhatsApp, i am even thinking of cancelling the whole fibre with Vodacom and Vuma Reach and rather see if i cannot use MTN LTE as really the service i am getting from Vodacom and Vuma Reach is so painful that i am now left Stranded
Hi My name is Thato Nathaniel Maduna with id number 8607135936080 and cellphone number 0725497866, i have installed fibre at my home a while ago supp**** by Vuma Reach but i used ISP like Hypafibre and then moved from Hypa to Mweb and all this time my fibre gave me no issues until last month i moved from Mweb to Vodacom, i went to Vodacom online fibre package deals and chose my package and then purchased my once off fibre of 10/10mb/s and my fibre was active again. Now here is the problem, since i took this deal my fibre has been having intermittent connections every single day and i am struggling to use a simple app like WhatsApp, then i called Vodacom and Vodacom says my fibre package is under Vuma Reach so i need to contact them and when i contact Vuma, i was told that i need to speak to my ISP which is Vodacom but Vodacom said i dont exist on their fibre data base, now my fibre has expired and when i try to go to the selfservice portal of Vodacom i am unable to purchase prepaid fibre Voucher or Monthly fibre Voucher as well because it gives me an error stating the address you have chosen is still awaiting installation, so how can that be because my fibre was installed long time ago, i only changed ISP's? Now here i am sitting without fibre and i cannot do my work from home as well, this is so frustrating because now i dont know where to begin to fix this problem.

Today i spoke to Nolwandle from Miway and she was the best in all communications i had with other Miway consultants,i even ended up using up all my minutes because of the wonderful conversation and i felt like i am talking to someone i knew from long time ago,everything explained to me was very clear and understandable..she is someone Miway should keep to make other clients understand their policies and the information given in regards to their policies.
Hi i was assisted by Portia whom her service was excellent in resolving my query effective and efficienty,we need more people like her who can assist with a smile and a happy voice.
Vuma so far has kept me always connected and evrytime i have a problem with my fibre its takes them less that 24hours to attend to my problem so i know others would say otherwise but so far Vuma has best service delivery and their technicians are friendly and always ready to gon an extra mile for us.Thank you Vumatel
I would like to rate the level of service i got from brightlink in Bloemfontein after my fibre stopped working but expecially i would like to thank a lady by the name of Nicole,her professionalism is outstanding also with customer related queries,i really enjoyed talking to her and she was so hands on my query and i was solved timeously.
Hi My name is Thato Nathaniel Maduna,i have been with Vodacom now for 4years and everything was going very well with them. In December 2022 i upgraded to iphone 14 plus and now in June i added apple series 8 gps + cellular and i have been struggling to activate cellular on my apple watch. I went to vodacom shop and repairs in Mimosa mall and i couldnt get help i needed from them to activate cellular on my apple watch,and i was told there would not be a ****ection fee of R98 and Vodacom one number has been activated on my account for R25 per month but i still cant use the option on my apple watch,then went to preller vodacom 4u and they also logged a query with vodacom and i am still waiting..this is so frustrating as i bought the watch thinking it would bring me joy but now its been saying waiting for Vodacom to activate 4 days now..i dont know if i am being helped by people who dont have knowledge on vodacom one number or apple series watches.
Today i spoke to Noluthando Ngcobo and she managed to work out a better premium for me and she was very professional and helpful,if Miway can keep people like Noluthando Ngcobo,all clients will be happy.
Hi guys I just want to give thank to Mbalenhle Nkumbi for such a wonderful customer exprience, she assisted me with so much confidence where by i was about to cancel Miway insurance due to hi premium but she worked it out to a reasonable discount and better premium.
