So you do not refund the shipping fee EVEN after the client has canceled the order PRIOR to shipping and then the courier company YOU use decides to try and deliver anyway?? That makes NO sense. But it's okay. If this review stops just ONE person from ordering from you, then it was worth the R80 you STOLE from me.
